With words like natural, organic, and sustainable buzzing, Sarah is aware of the necessary shift in the fashion and beauty industries towards a clean, circular model. As a beauty enthusiast, Sarah has been exploring clean beauty alternatives herself making this topic the focus of her 16-page zine design for a class assignment.
The clean theme carried into her design choices as she opted for bold sans serif type and equally bold pops of colour. Sarah was tasked to explore design in a new way to yield interesting layouts with the principles of design at work. Using Adobe InDesign, she created a cohesive document that tells a story in an aesthetically pleasing way.
